Division of Teacher Education Application Guidance
Please carefully read all of the instructions before beginning the
online application process. The entire process should take
approximately forty five (45) minutes to complete.
You will need an active email address to sign up.
Please Note: There is an application processing fee of $20 that
must be paid before your application is processed.
Payment can be made at the Bursary at the SVGCC's campus in Villa,
between the hours of 9:00 am - 12 noon and 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
from Monday 2nd March 2026.

Instructions for Applying Online
To apply online using our system you must perform the following steps:
- Create Applicant Account
- Log in
- Complete Application Form
- Review Application
- Submit Application
- Print Email Submission Confirmation

Bring the printed copy of the confirmation email and the $20
application fee to the SVGCC campus in Villa to make payment.
- Submit the following documents along with your application fee;
- Certified Copy of Birth certificate

Certified Copy of Marriage Certificate
(where applicable)
- Transcripts (where applicable)

Clear, certified photocopies of qualifications if;
- you sat CSEC examinations prior to 2010.
OR
-
you sat any CSEC examinations during the January
testing period.
OR
-
you requested a review of your results and this
review resulted in a modification of your
results.
- Two(2) certified passport sized photos

Letter of recommendation
(from principal of school if applicant is/was a teacher)
- Two(2) recent testimonials
- Police Record
- Cover letter
Please Note: Please refrain from submitting multiple
applications. Only your first application will
be considered by the institution. If you do wish to change any of your
programme choices you will be required to pay an additional $20
Application Amendment Fee before any change can be made.
All identification documentation must be certified by a Justice of Peace
or Notary Public.
Any applications submitted without the necessary supporting information
WILL NOT be reviewed.
All documents should be submitted within ten(10) days of the submission
of your online application. If you are unable to attain the Police
Record within this time frame, please submit as soon as it is made
available to you.
Any certificates/qualification documents that you submit with your
application; that were not issued by the St. Vincent and the Grenadines
Community College must be certified by the National Accreditation Board
(NAB). The NAB office is located in the Carlos Williams Building in Frenches.
